That is why we have spent a substantial amount of advance time and effort to prepare for successful performance in this area. Our approach to establishing and administering a compensation system for ATAC is characterized first and foremost by the concept of fair, open, above-board treatment of each employee as a valuable contributor to our common success. We tell our people what we can and will do for them, what the constraints are, why we do the necessary things, and what their options are at all times. Coercion is not an element in our formula.
